UN Council Condemns ‘Heinous’ Japanese Hostage Murder By ISIS

UNITED NATIONS: The UN Security Council on Sunday condemned the “heinous and cowardly” murder of a Japanese journalist, after Islamic State militants claimed his beheading.

“This crime is, yet again, a tragic reminder of the increasing dangers journalists and others face every day in Syria,” the 15-member body said in a statement. The Security Council said it “deplored” the apparent killing of Kenji Goto, and “strongly condemned this heinous and cowardly murder.”

Japanese Prime Minister Abe said that he would not forgive ISIS for the murder and vowed to continue assisting the international force to combat ISIS.

“Why don’t they just nuke them?” said a man, 47 who smelled heavily of alcohol as he was drinking whisky at the park connector at 11pm.

Note: TSB wanted to call the Police for them to calibrate the said drunk man but realised that it wasn’t April yet.
