If you are amongst the 10 or so Singaporeans who will be in Singapore during the long jubilee weekend, you may want to give Sentosa a miss.
Unless of course you want to experience what it is like when Serangoon Road meets Lucky Plaza meets Chinatown meets Paya Lebar.
Visitors to Sentosa will soon be able to enjoy complimentary entry into various attractions and events across the island, in celebration of Singapore’s 50th anniversary. Entry for the following attractions will be free over the Jubilee weekend (Aug 7 – 10): The Wings of Time night show, the Fort Siloso guided tours, cable car rides, as well as the Sentosa Merlion. Visitors will also be able to enjoy free entry into Sentosa via the Sentosa Boardwalk every day this year, and drive into the island for free after 5pm on weekdays.
